Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic

Sales Consultant

to join our Sabhan Furniture Omassery Branch. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining product features, recommending suitable furniture options, generating sales, and ensuring a smooth showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Interaction & Sales



Greet customers and understand their requirements. Present furniture products, explain features, materials, and pricing. Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, budget, and style. Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed sales. Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and close sales effectively.

2. Product Knowledge & Presentation



Maintain up-to-date knowledge of furniture categories, materials, brands, and offers. Ensure showroom products are clean, well-arranged, and price-tagged. Highlight ongoing schemes, discounts, and finance options to customers.

3. Billing & Documentation



Coordinate with the billing/account team for invoice preparation. Maintain accurate customer details, order forms, and delivery instructions. Assist customers with delivery timelines and product customization options (if any).

4. Customer Experience Management



Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases. Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns politely. Ensure a smooth and satisfying showroom experience for every customer.

5. Coordination & Reporting



Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for stock availability and delivery updates. Report daily sales, enquiries, and follow-ups to the Branch Manager. Participate in promotions, seasonal campaigns, and showroom events.

Qualifications & Skills



Minimum +2 / Diploma / Degree in any discipline.

1-3 years of experience

in retail sales (furniture experience preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong selling skills and confident customer handling. Basic computer knowledge for billing support and reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
