Sales Consultant - Chennai - Female - For a leading Wellness Company

We are looking for a

Sales Consultant

to counsel walk-in and lead-based clients, understand their wellness or aesthetic needs, and convert consultations into treatment package sales. The role involves

client interaction, follow-ups, and revenue generation

while maintaining ethical and transparent sales practices.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Conversion

Handle walk-in, telephonic, and digital leads Explain wellness / aesthetic treatment plans, packages, and pricing Convert consultations into confirmed treatment bookings Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Client Counselling & Follow-ups

Understand client concerns and recommend suitable treatments Coordinate with doctors and therapists for consultation flow Follow up with prospective clients via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS Maintain high client satisfaction and trust
Documentation & CRM

Maintain client records, lead status, and sales reports Update CRM / Excel sheets daily Ensure consent forms and payment documentation are completed
Coordination & Compliance

Work closely with doctors, therapists, and front-desk staff Adhere to clinic SOPs, ethics, and healthcare guidelines Ensure a professional and empathetic client experience

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

Graduate / Diploma (Any stream)
Experience

1-5 years in

sales / counselling / business development

Experience in

wellness, aesthetic, healthcare, fitness, or beauty clinics

preferred Freshers with strong communication skills can be considered
Skills

Excellent communication and persuasion skills Client-centric and empathetic approach Target-oriented and result-driven Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
