Explain services, wellness programs, and treatment plans clearly.
Conduct basic assessments as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with therapists and doctors for client treatment flow.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and program progress.
Maintain daily reports, client records, and documentation accurately.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, customer care, and service quality.
Support the branch in meeting monthly sales and wellness targets.
Upsell and cross-sell wellness packages when required.
Requirements:
Any degree / diploma in wellness, nutrition, or related field (preferred).
Freshers or candidates with 6 months-2 years of experience in wellness, healthcare, or customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle clients professionally.
