(AADM) is responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance advisors (agents) to drive sales and achieve business targets. The role focuses on growing the agency channel through effective team management, relationship building, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Development of Advisors
Identify and recruit suitable individuals as insurance advisors.
Conduct training sessions on products, sales techniques, and compliance.
Motivate advisors to achieve targets and career progression.
2. Sales & Business Growth
Drive insurance business through the recruited advisors.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Support advisors in client meetings and policy conversions.
3. Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients and advisors.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Resolve client queries related to products, claims, and renewals.
4. Performance Monitoring
Track advisor productivity and sales performance.
Analyze reports to identify gaps and take corrective actions.
Encourage participation in contests and incentive programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Graduation in any stream (MBA preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years
Industry:
Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or Direct Sales preferred.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and target orientation.
Leadership and team management ability.
Good understanding of insurance products and market dynamics.
