Product Knowledge:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of new and used vehicles, including features, technical specifications, and options.
Vehicle Demonstrations:
Present vehicles, conduct thorough test drives, and explain features and capabilities to potential buyers.
Sales & Negotiation:
Advise customers on suitable vehicle options and financing, negotiate prices and terms, and guide them to a successful purchase.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and lead generation to completing paperwork and finalizing the sale.
Collaboration:
Work with other departments, such as finance and service, to provide a seamless and comprehensive customer experience.
Lead Generation:
Engage in prospecting activities, including cold calling and follow-up, to expand the customer base and drive sales.
Customer Service:
Provide ongoing customer service, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchase and beyond.
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new inventory to provide accurate and timely information.
