About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our growing software company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales of our software products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Understand client requirements and present tailored software solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver effective sales presentations and demos.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
1-5 years of sales experience in the software/IT industry (B2B or B2C).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office, Agile , Scrum.
