. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for patient counselling, treatment plan explanation, lead conversion, and revenue generation while ensuring an ethical and high-quality patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand patient concerns related to skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments
Counsel patients on treatment options such as laser, GFC/PRP, peels, acne, pigmentation, hair regrowth, body contouring, etc.
Explain doctor-recommended treatment plans, packages, session counts, pricing, offers, and payment/EMI options
Convert walk-in patients, inquiries, and doctor consultations into paid treatments
Handle leads from calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, and referrals
Maintain regular follow-ups with new inquiries, pending decisions, missed appointments, and package renewals
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient handover and treatment flow
Maintain accurate patient records, consultation details, payments, and follow-ups in CRM/software
Ensure timely payment collection and support billing processes
Build strong patient relationships, address concerns professionally, and encourage retention and referrals
Submit daily and weekly reports on leads, conversions, revenue, and follow-ups
Follow clinic SOPs, ethical standards, and medical guidelines strictly
Work as a good team player to support overall clinic operations
Qualifications:
Any graduate
Excellent fluency in English
Proficient in English and Tamil
Prior experience in sales, counselling, or healthcare/aesthetic clinics preferred
Experience in skin, hair, or aesthetic clinics will be an added advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
