Greet and engage customers in the showroom and understand their requirements.
Explain features, specifications, and benefits of various bike models (motorcycles/scooters).
Conduct test rides where applicable and assist with documentation.
Provide detailed information on financing, insurance, warranties, and other value-added services.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and existing prospects to close sales.
Maintain a high level of product and market knowledge.
Keep track of inventory and coordinate with the stock and delivery teams.
Process sales transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM software.
Provide after-sales support and address customer queries or concerns.
