The Sales Consultant is responsible for representing
Shubh Honda
in delivering excellent customer experiences, understanding client needs, and achieving sales targets for Honda cars. The role combines product knowledge, client relationship management, and showroom operations to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Honda car models.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential buyers.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and showroom events.
Stay updated with Honda products, features, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure showroom is clean, organized, and aligned with company standards.
Requirements:
Minimum education:
Graduate
; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
Proven experience in automobile sales (2+ years preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for cars.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus.
