Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Salesperson to manage client interactions, conduct site visits, and close property sales. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable real estate options, and guiding clients through the buying process with professionalism and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads and actively generate new prospects. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties (plots/flats/projects). Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Negotiate terms and assist clients through booking and documentation stages. Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, operations) for smooth closures. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales status in CRM. Stay updated on project inventory, pricing, and market trends.
Requirements & Skills

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Real Estate background is a plus). 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales or field sales (preferred). Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude. Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings. Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or sales tracking systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
