Job Description

Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

Explain features, specifications, pricing, and financing options for various car models.

Guide customers through test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all models, variants, technical features, and competitor offerings.

Prepare and present quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.

Manage complete sales documentation and coordinate with finance & insurance teams.

Ensure timely follow-up with prospects through calls, messages, and showroom visits.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with delivery and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-delivery.

Maintain showroom display vehicles and assist in promotional events.
