Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of various vehicle makes, models, features, and options. Guiding customers through the entire sales process, including test drives, financing options, and paperwork. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall sales goals of the dealership.
Following up with customers after the sale to address any questions or concerns and ensure a positive ownership experience.
