Sales Consultant - Jaguar Land Rover Showroom

Job Summary:


The Sales Consultant is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs, presenting Jaguar Land Rover vehicles effectively, and achieving sales targets. The role involves building long-term customer relationships and promoting the premium brand image of JLR.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Customer Engagement:

Greet and engage customers in a professional and courteous manner. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable JLR models and solutions. Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits. Prepare and present accurate quotations, proposals, and financing options.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and existing customer database regularly. Provide timely updates on new launches, offers, and services to clients.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Actively contribute to showroom sales strategies and campaigns.

Product Knowledge & Market Awareness:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JLR products, features, and specifications. Stay informed about competitor products, market trends, and promotions.

Documentation & Compliance:

Ensure all sales and purchase documentation is accurate and complete. Adhere to showroom and company policies, including quality and compliance standards.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Sales Manager, Marketing, Finance, and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in showroom events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills:



Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus. Prior experience in automotive sales, preferably in luxury or premium brands. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for automobiles and a strong customer-centric approach. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle multiple clients.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
