Sales Process:
Present and demonstrate Toyota vehicles, explain features, and help customers choose the right model.
Lead Management:
Follow up with leads from various sources - walk-ins, online, referrals, and telephonic inquiries.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on product features, variants, pricing, and competitive comparisons.
Documentation:
Assist customers with the entire purchase process, including finance, insurance, registration, and delivery.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.
Customer Relationship:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred)
2-3 years of proven experience in automobile sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-centric attitude with the ability to build rapport
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
