Job Description

Field Activities & Vehicle Identification

Regularly visit markets, parking areas, accident-prone zones, and insurance agents to identify potential vehicles requiring body shop and repair services.

Track and record accident/damaged vehicles for follow-up. Customer Canvassing & Acquisition

Approach vehicle owners directly in the field and explain available service/repair solutions.

Convince customers to bring their vehicles to the workshop for repairs, body work, or insurance claims.

Promote ongoing service/repair offers to increase walk-ins.

Relationship Building & Local Networking

Build and maintain strong relations with locals, mechanics, spotters, and insurance agents for accident vehicle data.

Develop a network that continuously provides leads for body shop work.

Business Development Support

Achieve monthly targets for accident repair and service job inflow.

Assist customers with claim processing, estimation, and insurance-related queries.

Support workshop team in converting leads into confirmed jobs.

Reporting & Coordination

Submit daily/weekly field activity reports to the Service/Body Shop Manager.

Coordinate with service advisors and insurance coordinators for smooth customer handling.

Provide competitor updates on accident/body shop offers and strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
