Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Sales Consultant

to join our retail team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing expert advice electronics products, and driving sales to achieve store targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products from our range of electronics, electricals, home appliances, and gadgets. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and warranty details effectively. Stay updated on the latest product trends, specifications, and technologies. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge. Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs. Assist with store merchandising, stock management, and visual display setup. Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and service follow-ups promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store environment.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree (Preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Passion for technology and gadgets.
