Key Responsibilities
Engage with walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
Present and explain Nexa car features, variants, pricing, and finance options.
Conduct test drives and manage end-to-end sales process.
Follow up on leads generated through walk-ins, referrals, and digital sources.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Coordinate with the back-end team for timely delivery and documentation.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom performance.
Ensure showroom standards and customer engagement are maintained as per Nexa guidelines.
