Key Responsibilities:
Visit prospective customers according to the daily field plan
Generate leads through field visits, networking, outreach, and referrals
Present product/service information clearly and professionally to potential clients
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through effective conversions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local networks
Support marketing initiatives by distributing brochures, posters, and promotional materials
Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve strategies
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales updates in the CRM
Participate in field campaigns, exhibitions, and local events to increase brand visibility
Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on field activities and performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
0-3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or marketing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage field travel efficiently
Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined in follow-ups
Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role
Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and digital communication tools is a plus
