Key Responsibilities
Visit prospective customers as per the daily field schedule.
Generate leads through field visits, local outreach, networking, and referrals.
Present product/service offerings clearly and professionally to potential clients.
Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and local networks.
Support promotional activities including distribution of brochures, posters, and marketing materials.
Collect customer feedback and share useful insights to support business improvement.
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, conversions, and interactions in the CRM system.
Participate in field campaigns, events, and exhibitions to improve brand visibility.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
0-3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field travel effectively.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined with follow-ups.
Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms is an advantage.
