As a Field Sales Consultant in Kerala`s Renewable Energy (KRE), you will be the first point of contact for customers interested in installing solar energy systems. Your role involves educating clients about solar benefits and government subsidies, generating leads, preparing proposals, and guiding customers through the purchase and installation process. You'll also coordinate with the technical team, assist with subsidy documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction from inquiry to post-installation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Outreach
? Identify and contact potential customers interested in solar panel installations.
? Use digital tools (WhatsApp, Instagram, calls) and local field visits to generate leads.
? Follow up with inquiries from the website or social media.
Customer Consultation
? Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and available government subsidies.
? Assess site feasibility (roof space, orientation) and gather usage data (electricity bill analysis).
? Explain ROI, cost-saving projections, and technical aspects in simple terms.
Proposal & Quotation Preparation
? Prepare customized proposals based on the customer's energy needs.
? Share cost breakdowns including panel cost, installation, subsidy benefits, and financing options (EMI plans, loans).
