Key Responsibilities
1?. Brand Communication
Engage customers with Royal Enfield brand stories, heritage, and motorcycle insights.
Interact with prospects and involve them in discussions and activities around RE bikes.
2?. Vehicle Sales
Warmly welcome customers to the showroom and ensure a comfortable experience.
Conduct need analysis, product demonstrations, and test rides to build desire for RE bikes.
Update customer details in DMS in real time following RECODE norms.
Facilitate test rides at the store or at customers' preferred location.
Check for finance needs and identify cross-selling opportunities for apparel and accessories.
Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
Support CRE in lost-case analysis.
3?. Post-Booking Process
Confirm vehicle receipt after PDI in the system.
Allocate vehicles as per norms and coordinate with customers for confirmation.
Prepare invoices and coordinate with customers/finance teams for payments.
Finalize delivery dates.
Handle insurance requirements and paperwork.
Work toward finance penetration targets and ensure maximum benefits.
Guide customers with loan procedures and documents.
Log vehicle finance cases and track approvals.
Ensure payment/DO confirmation before delivery.
4?. Delivery
Plan the delivery schedule based on bookings and stock availability.
Coordinate with RE logistics for stock readiness.
Fix and communicate delivery date/time with the customer.
Coordinate with RTO/Insurance/Finance teams post-booking.
Follow up for necessary customer documents.
Update customer on delivery status and any delays.
