This opeing is for Metal Division which takes care of all Industry customers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant in Surat, Gujarat. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for development of Sales for Surat and Dahej (Bharuch) regions in Gujarat in Industry segment. Responsibilities Providing expert guidance, promoting and selling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and developing new Industrial customers in Surat and Dahej industrial belt. Achieving Sales Targets and Collection Targets. Consulting with customers, establishing effective communication, and providing exceptional customer service. Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering. (MBA in Marketing would be an added advantage.) 4+ years of experience in sales in Surat / Dahej in Industry. Excellent know-how of Industries in Surat & Dahej with well established customer relations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide problem-solving solutions Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
