Product & Service Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of all available detailing packages, products, including their benefits and differences from competitors, to confidently explain options and build value in the service.
Sales Process Management:
Conduct walk-arounds and vehicle inspections to assess condition, present detailed quotes, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales
Business Development:
Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling additional services (like ceramic coatings or rust treatments), generate new leads, and foster a network of referrals to build a robust customer base.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive follow-up calls or emails after the service to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and encourage repeat business.
Operational Coordination:
Schedule appointments, coordinate workflows with detailing technicians and ensure the sales and display areas are clean and professional.
Performance Tracking:
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track sales activities, manage leads, document customer interactions, and monitor personal performance against sales targets and KPIs.
