Responsibilities:

Create an emotional connection with our customers and provide a spellbinding experience

Showcase and present our legendary services

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tour and travel sector

Client

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our tour packages, services and offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to the client.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of our offerings.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to support sales objectives

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sale process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the tour and travel industry.

Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long term relationships

Result-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related field preferred

Should be willing to travel out stations basis on the business requirement (Mandatory)

Languages to be known: English, Hindi, Kannada and other languages is plus
