About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead generation: Actively seek out and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
2. Demos and presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, effectively highlighting the benefits and features of our pharmacy software solutions.
3. Follow-up and relationship building: Maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, providing timely follow-up and addressing their needs and concerns.
4. Customer success: Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and beyond, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
5. Initiative and innovation: Contribute to the development and implementation of new sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
1. Fluency in Hindi and Marathi: Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and Marathi are essential for effective interaction with customers and prospects.
2. Prior experience (preferred): Previous experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry, is a significant advantage.
3. Female candidate: We are specifically seeking a female candidate for this position.
4. Office-based: The candidate must be willing to work from our Mumbai office.
5. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
6. Computer skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including CRM systems and sales tools.
7. Target-driven: A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
