: Greet customers, determine their needs, and suggest suitable vehicles

Sales

: Explain vehicle features, demonstrate operation, and negotiate the final price

Paperwork

: Complete sales paperwork, including sales slips and contracts

Delivery

: Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork

Follow-up

: Maintain an owner follow-up system and follow up on post-delivery items

Service

: Schedule first service appointments and introduce customers to the service department

Prospecting

: Develop and follow up on prospects

Used vehicles

: Help with the used-vehicle inspection process and keep the used-vehicle department clean

Sales meetings

: Attend sales meetings

Analysis

: Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year
