Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and support the sales team with expert guidance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close high-value deals while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through consultative selling. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales plans. Provide mentorship and training to junior sales consultants. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing after-sales support.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
