Vectra is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to support our Go-to-Market (GTM) team. Reporting to the GTM Director of Finance, this role will partner closely with the Sales and Business Operations organizations to design, implement, and process effective, accurate, and timely sales compensation plans. We are looking for a hands-on contributor who is highly quantitative and analytical to manage the full lifecycle of sales compensation: from accurately calculating and distributing commission plans to maintaining systems and ensuring compliance. You handle reporting, respond to inquiries, audit data for accuracy, and collaborate with teams to improve processes. You also support leadership with insights and help design plans that align with business goals.
