We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Community Manager to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Make 70-100 cold calls per day - connect with potential delegates via phone, email & more to promote events, negotiate paid awards, and lock in registrations.
Leverage LinkedIn connections & industry networks for targeted outreach and better conversion.
Develop and execute winning sales strategies for both paid and complimentary delegate acquisition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new & existing delegates to boost loyalty and repeat attendance.
Showcase your negotiation magic - confidently pitch, handle objections, and close those sales like a pro!
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Must be a quick learner with the ability to rapidly grasp and adapt to technical systems, especially Zoho CRM
