The Collection Executive is responsible for following up with customers on pending payments, maintaining collection records, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Call or visit customers to remind them of pending payments.
Maintain a daily record of collection status and follow-ups.
Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer issues.
Coordinate with the sales/accounts team for updates on client payments.
Prepare and share daily/weekly collection reports.
Ensure all payments are received within the credit period.
Handle customer queries politely and maintain good relations.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and convincing ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record keeping.
Patience and professionalism while handling clients.
Ability to meet collection targets and deadlines.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in collections or customer service preferred.
