Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Sales & Collection Executive
to manage client relationships, drive sales, and ensure timely collection of payments in the
Hyderabad region
. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, local market knowledge in Lubricants, and the ability to handle visits for sales and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned region
Visit potential clients to promote products/services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Collection:
Follow up with clients for payment collections as per credit terms
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues
Maintain accurate records of collections and receivables
Resolve customer billing or payment issues in a professional manner
Escalate long-pending dues to the senior management
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and/or collections preferred
Good knowledge of Hyderabad and surrounding areas
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing is a plus
Willingness to travel locally (field job)
Two-wheeler and valid driving license required (mandatory )
Salary:
?15,000 - ?18,000/month+ Petrol allowances+ Incentives (based on experience and performance)
Working Hours:
10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Mon-Sat)
