Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic

Sales & Collection Executive

to handle vehicle loan sales and timely recovery of installments in the Madhepur region. The role involves fieldwork, customer interaction, and achieving monthly sales and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

Generate new business by sourcing vehicle loan customers in the assigned area Promote KAFL loan products to potential customers and dealers Complete loan documentation and coordinate with internal teams for disbursement Achieve monthly sales targets

Collection Responsibilities:

Ensure timely collection of EMIs from customers Follow up with overdue and delinquent accounts Maintain accurate collection records and submit daily reports Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for smooth recovery

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum

10th / 12th pass

(Graduation preferred) Experience in

sales and/or collection

(NBFC or finance background preferred) Knowledge of local market and routes Must be willing to work in the field Two-wheeler required

Good communication and negotiation skills Basic documentation and reporting skills Ability to meet targets and work under pressure Customer-focused approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
