The Sales Coach is responsible for driving field sales effectiveness by mentoring and coaching new and underperforming Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and Area Sales Officers (ASOs). The role ensures seamless onboarding , structured induction, and ongoing capability development to enhance sales performance.
