Key Responsibilities



Lead Conversion & Closing

Engage with qualified leads generated by our marketing and outreach teams. Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and proposal walkthroughs. Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals effectively. Maintain a high closing ratio with a strong focus on revenue generation.

Content Creation & Storytelling

Create engaging written/video content highlighting case studies, client success stories, and the sales journey. Document and share insights from sales conversations to strengthen brand credibility. Collaborate with marketing to develop pitch decks, proposals, and sales collateral. Generate social proof content (testimonials, UGC-style snippets, and behind-the-scenes of client onboarding).

Relationship Management

Build trust and long-term relationships with prospects and clients. Ensure smooth handover of clients to the account management team. Act as a brand ambassador in client-facing interactions.

Requirements



Proven experience as a

Sales Closer

or in a client-facing sales role. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to think creatively and produce content that resonates with prospects. Comfortable creating short-form content (social media posts, reels, or case snippets) to support the sales funnel. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking processes is a plus.

Preferred Skills



Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or B2B sales. Ability to create simple graphics, reels, or short videos. Understanding of storytelling and how to leverage it in the sales cycle.
