Job Summary: We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Closing Senior Executive/Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the closing operations within our organization, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the closing process for [specific area/department], including coordinating with various teams to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Review and verify all closing documents, contracts, and agreements for completeness and accuracy.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, legal department, finance, and senior management, to resolve any issues or discrepancies during the closing process.
Develop and maintain closing schedules, tracking systems, and documentation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices related to closing operations.
Train and mentor junior team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities within the closing process.
Analyze closing performance metrics and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in closing operations, preferably in Real Estate.
Strong understanding of contract management principles and closing procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with closing software or CRM systems is preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
