Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Sales & Closing Manager
to lead property sales and drive closures, preferably with prior exposure to
Vacation Homes, Luxury Real Estate, or Secondary Sales
.
The role involves managing the complete sales cycle--from qualified leads to final deal closures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and deal closing, preferably in
vacation homes / real estate
Ability to lead sales cycles from lead generation to successful closures
Target-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Conduct site visits, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Coordinate closely with telecalling, channel partners, and internal sales teams
Support clients with documentation and closing formalities
Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly revenue targets
Build long-term client relationships and referral networks
Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience in real estate sales & deal closures
Background in vacation homes, luxury projects, or residential sales preferred
Strong negotiation, communication & client-handling skills
Ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle independently
Candidate must own a 4-wheeler and hold a valid driving license
Salary:
Up to ?12 Lacs per annum
(Salary based on experience and performance)
