Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and deal closing, preferably in
vacation homes / real estate
Strong negotiation & client management skills
Ability to lead sales cycles from lead generation to successful closures
Target-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Candidate must own a 4-wheeler and hold a valid driving license
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and close high-value property deals.
Handle client meetings, negotiations & documentation support.
Coordinate with sales & telecalling teams.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Salary:
Up to ?12 Lacs per annum
