Sales Closing Manager
with solid experience in the
Vacation Homes / Real Estate sector
to manage end-to-end deal conversions and boost revenue performance.
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in property sales and closures, preferably within the vacation homes segment
Strong abilities in client handling, negotiation, and deal finalization
Experienced in transforming prospects into confirmed bookings through structured follow-ups
Highly target-focused with a performance-oriented mindset
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
Must own a 4-wheeler and possess a valid driving license
Key Responsibilities:
Lead closure activities for premium property transactions
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and pricing negotiations
Work closely with sales agents and telecalling teams to convert leads
Support documentation coordination and booking formalities
Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets
Salary:
Up to ?12 Lacs per annum
(Salary based on experience and performance)
