Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management:



Building rapport with potential clients and maintaining long-term relationships.

Engaging in constant communication to understand their needs and preferences.

Offering personalized solutions based on the client's financial and lifestyle requirements.

2. Product Knowledge & Expertise:



Demonstrating thorough knowledge of the project's features, benefits, and competitive edge.

Understanding the local real estate market, including competitors, to effectively position the property.

Communicating the value propositions such as location benefits, future growth potential, and unique selling points (USPs).

3. Sales Pitch & Closing Techniques:



Tailoring sales presentations to address the specific concerns and desires of the client.

Handling objections confidently and offering alternate solutions when necessary.

Using urgency tactics such as limited-time offers, availability, or price hikes to encourage prompt decision-making.

4. Negotiation & Deal Structuring:



Facilitating clear, win-win negotiations that meet both client expectations and business goals.

Structuring payment plans, offers, and discounts in a way that adds value to the client without compromising profitability.

Ensuring all legal aspects of the deal, including agreements and contracts, are thoroughly explained and understood by the client.

5. Technology Integration (Lead Square & ERP):



Updating CRM systems like Lead Square with client information, deal status, and next steps.

Ensuring all transactions, client communications, and financial details are accurately logged into the ERP system for seamless coordination with the back office.

6. Final Closing Process:



Confirming the client's decision to purchase, ensuring all terms are agreed upon.

Arranging final paperwork, ensuring payment schedules are met, and handing over possession as per the contract.

Coordinating with the legal and finance teams to ensure the transaction is legally and financially sound.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
