Request Executed ALTAs & save them accordingly.

Internal Closing Notices among the different departments

Welcome Email to Homeowners

ONX Cancellations \xe2\x80\x93 make sure all releases are saved to each client\xe2\x80\x99s folder, plus proof of refund, and follow up on all cancellations that are still in process.

Appraisals - confirm appointments for visits, and send emails with comparables.

Send Brokers Agreements for execution + Follow up with Realtors/Brokers to get these docs completed

Builder Docs + Follow up w/ Production Permitting on docs that come from them.

Coordinate with Buyers on signatures of documents pending to be completed, and make them aware of the Closing and Walk Thru notices.

QC on Fully Executed ALTAs \xe2\x80\x93 make sure they are all saved to BOX to the correct folder.

QC to all client folders, they must be organized, and have all docs pertaining to the transaction must be saved and organized.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree with five years of experience.

Good communication Skills.

Should have experience in Drop Box, DocuSign, SAP, Google Smart Sheet, and Outlook.

Willing to work for US shift timings.
