The Sales & Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for converting leads generated by the marketing team into clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, coordinating with senior management, and ensuring accurate client data management through the RSID Project Management Software. The role involves a mix of inside sales, field visits, and client coordination to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion
Contact and follow up on leads generated by the marketing team via calls, emails, and meetings
Understand client requirements and propose suitable company services
Convert qualified leads into active clients
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and coordination
Address client queries and escalate issues when required
Site Visits & Field Coordination
Visit client sites for meetings, requirement discussions, and relationship building
Coordinate with internal teams based on site visit observations
Support senior management during client meetings when required
Coordination with Senior Management
Provide regular updates on lead status, conversions, and client feedback
Coordinate with senior management for approvals, negotiations, and strategic decisions
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for review meetings
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in RSID Project Management Software
Track leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversion status
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and client reports
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling
Comfortable with field visits and client interactions
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM / project management tools
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholder
Educational Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PGDM in Sales or Marketing preferred)
Experience
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship roles
Experience in service-based or consulting organizations preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
