The Sales & Client Coordination Executive is responsible for supporting the sales process through effective communication, coordination, and follow-ups with customers and internal teams. This role involves both voice and back-office operations to ensure smooth handling of leads, orders, and customer queries.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers and clients through
voice and non-voice channels
Handle incoming and outgoing customer via
calls, emails, and chat
Perform regular follow-ups with leads and prospective clients
Coordinate between the
sales team and clients
Update and maintain customer and lead data in the
CRM system
Prepare
MIS reports and sales-related documentation
Track customer orders and manage necessary paperwork
Coordinate with the
dispatch and operations team
for timely execution
Follow up with vendors and internal departments as required
Draft professional emails and maintain business correspondence
Manage and organize sales data using
MS Excel
Schedule meetings, appointments, and client interactions
Support the sales team in achieving targets through structured follow-ups
Resolve customer complaints and ensure proper query resolution
Maintain high levels of
customer satisfaction and service quality
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi and English
Strong calling and follow-up discipline
Professional email writing ability and etiquette
Good knowledge of
MS Excel and MIS reporting
Hands-on experience with CRM tools
Ability to multitask and manage multiple activities
