We are expanding our team in India and looking for a motivated Sales & Client Acquisition Assistant to help us manage enquiries, communicate with new leads, and support our UK operations.
You DO NOT need accounting or finance knowledge -- comprehensive training will be provided.
Job Summary
We are a fast-growing international business services company serving clients in the UK.
We are looking for a Sales & Client Acquisition Assistant who can support our team with:
Initial communication with new leads
Booking consultation calls
Following up with prospects
Managing enquiries through email, WhatsApp, calls
Basic admin and CRM updates
You do NOT need accounting knowledge -- full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries from various platforms (training provided)
Call potential clients and understand their basic requirements
Schedule appointments for senior managers
Send follow-up messages and maintain communication
Update CRM and keep records organised
Assist in onboarding new clients (no technical work -- just coordination)
Required Skills
Excellent English communication
Confident in speaking on phone
Good email writing skills
Fast learner and good at following instructions
Organised and proactive
Basic computer knowledge
