Must Have Skills and Qualifications - SOE Sales / RES / 12 to 15 Years Experience GCC Market Expertise Minimum 5 to 6 years of direct sales experience in the GCC with a strong understanding of the Resources client landscape, business culture, and regulatory environment. Resources Industry Knowledge Proven experience working with Energy, Chemicals, Natural Resources, or Utilities clients on digital, cloud, data, or large scale transformation programs. Sales Experience from Competition Preferably from Tier 1 consulting or system integration firms, with insight into Accenture's competitive landscape, go to market strategy, and pricing models. Enterprise Sales and Account Management Demonstrated success in managing large RES accounts, engaging with CXO level stakeholders, and closing multi tower, high value deals. Stakeholder Collaboration and Execution Strong ability to collaborate across solutioning, delivery, and industry teams to shape value propositions and drive deal closure. Summary: As a Sales Capture Practitioner, you will engage in a dynamic and strategic role that involves shaping, selling, and closing deals that may encompass single or multiple services. Your typical day will include collaborating with various teams to develop effective win strategies, negotiating terms, and crafting comprehensive close plans to ensure successful deal execution. You will be at the forefront of driving business growth and fostering relationships with clients, ensuring that each deal aligns with the organization's objectives and client needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to align team objectives and strategies. - Mentor junior professionals in sales techniques and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management. - Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals. - Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to inform strategy. - Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels. - Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
