Must-Have Skills & Qualifications - SOE Sales / CMT /12-15 Years Experience GCC Market Expertise - Minimum 5-6 years of sales experience in the GCC, with strong knowledge of the local CMT client landscape, market dynamics, and business culture. CMT Industry Knowledge - Proven experience working with telecom, media, entertainment, or technology clients on digital, cloud, data, or large-scale transformation engagements. Sales Experience from Competition - Ideally from Tier-1 consulting or SI firms, with clear exposure to Accenture's competitive positioning, go-to-market approach, and pricing strategies. Enterprise Sales & Account Management - Strong track record in managing large CMT accounts, engaging CXOs, and closing complex, multi-service line deals. Stakeholder Collaboration & Execution - Ability to work closely with solutioning, delivery, and global teams to co-create compelling value propositions and drive deal success. Summary: As a Sales Capture Practitioner, you will engage in a dynamic and strategic role that involves shaping, selling, and closing deals that may encompass single or multiple services. Your typical day will include collaborating with various teams to develop effective win strategies, negotiating terms, and crafting comprehensive close plans to ensure successful deal execution. You will be at the forefront of driving business growth and fostering relationships with clients, ensuring that each deal aligns with the organization's objectives and client needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to align team objectives and strategies. - Mentor junior professionals in sales techniques and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management. - Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals. - Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to inform strategy. - Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders. - Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
