Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven freshers to join our

Medical Billing Sales

team. The role involves outbound calling to US healthcare providers, generating leads, promoting medical billing/RCM services, and assisting in converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

Make

outbound sales calls

to clinics, physicians, and healthcare practices in the US market. Explain company

medical billing and RCM services

clearly and professionally. Identify potential clients and gather basic information for qualification. Schedule appointments or demos for the senior sales team. Maintain and update Follow up with prospects through calls and emails. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets. Work closely with the sales manager to support the full sales cycle.

Skills & Requirements

Excellent

English communication

(verbal and written). Good listening skills and confidence in handling outbound calls. Basic understanding of medical billing/RCM (training will be provided)*.
Willingness to work in

US shift

(night shift ). Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-driven environment. Computer literacy: MS Office, CRM usage (preferred but not required).

Educational Qualification

Any graduate/Diploma. Freshers welcome;

0-2 Years

of sales or calling experience preferred.
