Job Description

QBIT ECOMMERCE is looking for a motivated Sales & Calling Executive who can generate leads, convert inquiries, and onboard clients for our e-commerce services (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Website, Ads, etc.). Candidate must be confident in communication and comfortable with daily calling.

Key Responsibilities:-

Make outbound calls to potential clients for e-commerce services. Explain QBIT ECOMMERCE services (listing, account management, ads, website, digital marketing, etc.). Convert inquiries into sales and meet monthly targets. Handle inbound calls, queries, and follow-ups. Maintain leads data, call records & daily sales reports. Build strong relationships with sellers/business owners. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the operations team. Schedule demos and assist in onboarding new clients.
Required Skills:-

Strong communication & sales pitch. Confidence in calling (Hindi/English). Ability to handle objections and close deals. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon/Flipkart) is a plus. Good understanding of customer needs & sales follow-ups. Basic computer skills (Excel/WhatsApp/Email).
Qualification:-

12th Pass / Graduate. Experience in telesales, field sales, or customer calling preferred. Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
