We are looking for a Sales Calling Coordinator to join our team in Meerut. The role involves handling sales calls, managing customer inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth follow-ups for lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for sales promotion.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
Maintain follow-up with leads to ensure proper conversion.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and updates.
Keep accurate call records and prepare daily reports.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in
Hindi & English
.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in telecalling /sales coordination will be preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
