Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive
Sales Caller
who can speak
Kannada and English fluently
to connect with PU students and their parents in Bangalore. You will play a key role in pitching our programs, scheduling demo sessions, and supporting the pre-sales and conversion process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to PU students and/or parents
Clearly explain the benefits of our online coding programs
Schedule and coordinate demo sessions
Follow up with leads to drive enrolment
Maintain accurate records and update the CRM
Assist with basic queries and pre-sales activities
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluent in Kannada and English (both spoken)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in telesales, student counselling, or ed-tech preferred
Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
Own smartphone/laptop and reliable internet connection
