Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to WhatsApp messages from potential and existing customers in a polite and timely manner.

Call customers to understand their requirements and confirm booking orders.

Update order details accurately in our tracking sheet (Google Sheets or Excel).

Ensure all bookings are clearly confirmed and passed on to the production/delivery team.

Requirements:

Must have a working laptop and good internet connection.

Good communication skills in Tamil (English is a plus).

Comfortable using WhatsApp, making phone calls, and updating sheets.

Organized, punctual, and customer-focused.

Experience in sales/support roles is an advantage, but freshers are welcome.
